Vice Chair Fred Jung joined the Orange County Transportation Authority Board of Directors in January 2023 and also serves on the LOSSAN board. He was elected to serve a four-year term representing Council District 1 on the Fullerton City Council in November 2020 and was appointed Mayor in 2021. Vice Chair Jung is the first Asian American Fullerton City Council Member in over 20 years.

Director Stephanie Klopfenstein joined the Orange County Transportation Board of Directors in November 2023. She was born and raised in Garden Grove with family roots dating back to the town's early 1800s, was elected to the Garden Grove City Council in November 2016 and subsequently reelected in November 2020.

Director Janet Nguyen returns to the Board of Supervisors on a platform of fighting corruption and waste after serving from 2007-2014. She was elected to represent the First District on the Orange County Board of Supervisors in November 2024 with a 61% victory exemplifying the trust voters have placed in her leadership over the past 20 years.

Director Tam T. Nguyen serves as a Public Member on the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) Board of Directors. He joined the Board in April 2021 and currently serves as a member of OCTA's Executive, Finance and Administration, Legislative and Communications Committees, as well as OCTA's Diverse Leaders Group. Director Nguyen also serves as one of Orange County's representatives to the Southern California Regional Rail Authority (Metrolink) Board of Directors.

Director Kathy Tavoularis joined the Orange City Council in April 2021 and was selected to serve on the Orange County Transportation Authority Board of Directors in April 2025. She successfully ran unopposed and received the most votes cast in any district in Orange. In the 2022 General Election, she won by 67.66% of the vote after having been appointed to represent the Orange’s Third District in April 2021. Director Tavoularis is the first woman to represent District 3.

Director Donald P. Wagner joined the Orange County Transportation Authority Board of Directors in April 2019. He serves as the Third District Supervisor of the Orange County Board of Supervisors. Director Wagner is honored to represent over 630,000 diverse residents in the communities of Anaheim Hills, Irvine, Lake Forest, North Tustin & Tustin, Orange, Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, the unincorporated canyons, Villa Park, and Yorba Linda.
