Paid Training program

Before taking the wheel, new coach operator trainees complete a paid six-week program combining classroom learning and hands-on instruction. The first three weeks prepare them for their commercial driver’s license with passenger endorsement, followed by three weeks of on-the-road training alongside experienced operators. The program also covers ADA policies to ensure safe, respectful service for all riders.
