Year-round internships
This part-time, year-round program helps college students build workplace skills and explore the transportation industry—with the option to stay up to a year after graduation and earn a pay increase.
OCTA offers opportunities in Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing, Strategic Planning, Transit or Project Management, just to name a few.
Summer internships
Move your career forward with a 10-week, full-time internship where you’ll complete projects, support a dedicated team, and gain hands-on experience in a real-world environment.
Summer interns are encouraged to join the condensed Intern Development Academy, designed to build professional skills in the workplace.
Professional and personal development
Our interns receive comprehensive training through our Internship Development Academy, to prepare them for the workforce and build their professional presence, networking, and resume writing abilities.
Additionally, interns can apply for a college scholarship to help with higher education costs through our OCTA Scholarship Program.
