Public Hearings
OCTA and Caltrans are hosting an in-person and Zoom meeting. The purpose of the public hearings is to provide information about the proposed project, encourage the public to ask questions, engage with subject matter experts and learn how to share comments on the proposed project.

The public comment period is from Friday, July 31, 2026 to Monday, Sept. 14, 2026.
