Measure M2 Ten-Year Review

The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) is conducting the Measure M2 Ten-Year Review to evaluate how transportation funds have been used over the past decade (2015–2025). This review ensures that the voter-approved half-cent sales tax, known as Measure M2, continues to support projects that improve freeways, local streets, transit, and the environment across Orange County, while remaining transparent, accountable, and responsive to community needs.
