Service animals are allowed to accompany persons with disabilities. That person is responsible for the actions of the animal while aboard the bus. Service animals cannot occupy seats and must remain on the floor at all times, making sure not to block the aisle, path of travel, access doors, or lift.

The 91 Express Lanes is a four-lane, 18-mile toll road in Orange and Riverside counties.
