The M2 Ordinance No. 3 (M2 Ordinance), included as Appendix A, outlines the eligibility requirements that local jurisdictions must satisfy to receive M2 Net Revenues. The M2 Eligibility Guidelines (Eligibility Guidelines) provide the resources local jurisdictions need to remain eligible to participate in M2 funding programs.
