Efective February 11, 2024 The Bus Service Change Improvements provides a summary of the upcoming service improvements to OC Bus. This service change will provide minor routing and schedule changes.
This letter and its attachments comprise Addendum No. 1 to the above captioned Request for Proposals issued by the Orange County Transportation Authority (“Authority”).
The M2 Ordinance No. 3 (M2 Ordinance), included as Appendix A, outlines the eligibility requirements that local jurisdictions must satisfy to receive M2 Net Revenues. The M2 Eligibility Guidelines (Eligibility Guidelines) provide the resources local jurisdictions need to remain eligible to participate in M2 funding programs. Guidelines for newly incorporated cities are outlined in Appendix B.

Bus Service Change Improvements – Efective May 11, 2025 The Bus Service Change Improvements provide a summary of adjustments to OC Bus. To improve service quality and reliability, changes include the extension of Route 553 from ARTIC to Disneyland Resort along Katella Ave. and Harbor Blvd., schedule adjustments to better serve summer beach trafic and minor schedule changes to reduce wait times.
