ORANGE – The Orange County Transportation Authority is once again rolling out the popular OC Fair Express bus service, giving residents and visitors a low-cost and stress-free way to get to the OC Fair on weekends.
The OC Fair Express is back, providing affordable and convenient non-stop service to the OC Fair on weekends from July 19 through August 17. This year, the service expands to five departure locations and drops passengers directly inside the OC Fair, offering easier access to the fairgrounds.
The OC Fair Express departs from five locations on Saturdays and Sundays. The bus will drop you off and pick you up for your return trip inside the OC Fairground at the yellow entrance gate on the east side of the OC Fair.
OCTA is bringing back the popular OC Fair Express bus service to provide affordable and convenient non-stop travel to the OC Fair each weekend through August 18. The service will allow riders to save time and money on parking and gas.
Avoid traffic and parking headaches with the safest way to travel to and from the OC Fair. The OC Fair Express costs just $2 each way, and youth 18 and under ride for free. You can purchase tickets using the OC Bus mobile app or directly when you board.
The popular OC Fair Express provides direct service to and from the fair from eight convenient locations for only $2 each way or a swipe of a valid bus pass. Last year, more than 58,000 people jumped aboard. These special buses help fair-goers avoid traffic and parking hassles and save money, too.

You can purchase tickets on board or in advance with the OC Bus Mobile App. The Youth Summer Pass also works on the OC Fair Express. In addition, OC Fair Express riders receive a coupon for $4 OC Fair admission. With that $10 savings, a fun trip on the OC Fair Express pays for itself.
Mirroring OCTA’s low bus fares, adults rode OC Fair Express for just $4 round trip, and it was free for youth riders 18 and younger with no pass required. The free Community College Pass and all other regular OC Bus passes were also accepted.
