Human-Powered Mobility Active transportation is any form of human-powered transportation that promotes physical activity including walking, biking, skating, using a wheelchair, and accessing public transportation. OC Active seeks to serve as a central resource for safety improvements, promotional campaigns, and current projects for all forms of active transportation.

For many in Orange County, summer is the season for the OC Fair, and the OC Fair Express is the best way to get there without worrying about driving or parking. At the OC Fair Express opening day on July 15 at the Fullerton Park-and-Ride, fans lined up for free roundtrip rides and a chance to win prizes including VIP passes and food vouchers.
All OC ACCESS riders using a mobility device, such as a manual wheelchair, powered wheelchair, or scooter, are dispatched an accessible vehicle to complete their trip. As outlined in the OC ACCESS Rider’s Guide, OC ACCESS vehicle lifts and ramps can accommodate mobility devices up to 30” wide x 52” long, and up to 1,000 lbs.
Other (non-super peak) toll prices are adjusted annually by inflation. Signs at each entry point display toll rates for travel on the entire 18 miles or the individual Orange or Riverside county sections. The rate displayed at the time of entry is the price charged. Current toll rate schedules are available for easy reference and travel planning.
