The toll displayed on the sign is the amount that will be charged even if it changes during the trip. During hours of low traffic volumes a minimum toll schedule will be in effect. The project is being constructed in three segments, with construction beginning in April 2025 for Segment 1 - SR-91/Lakeview Avenue Interchange. To maintain the safety of the traveling public and construction crews, slow down and stay alert while traveling through the Project area.

At a cost of $ 1.4 billion, the RCTC 91 Corridor Improvement Project added regular lanes, tolled express lanes, auxiliary lanes and direct express lane connectors from the northbound I-15 to the westbound SR-91 and from the eastbound SR-91 to the southbound I-15.
