The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) serves as Managing Agency of the LOSSAN Agency, which is supported by 18 full-time staff members and shared OCTA resources. The Agency is governed by a Board of Directors composed of 11 voting members from nine member agencies representing rail owners, operators, and planning agencies along the entire rail corridor.

Bus Service Change Improvements – Efective May 11, 2025 The Bus Service Change Improvements provide a summary of adjustments to OC Bus. ORANGE – The Orange County Transportation Authority is once again rolling out the popular OC Fair Express bus service, giving residents and visitors a low-cost and stress-free way to get to the OC Fair on weekends. The 2025 service begins Saturday, July 19, and continues every Saturday and Sunday through Aug. 17.
