Call for Projects (Call) Scope Project O: The Project O Regional Capacity Program (RCP) provides funding for improvements to the Orange County Master Plan of Arterial Highways (MPAH). The program provides for intersection improvements (ICE), mid-block widening (ACE), and interchange improvements (FAST) in an effort to reduce congestion and help improve street operations.

Valid for 30 consecutive days starting on the first day of activation. Additional fare required when riding Express or OC Express routes.
