Avenida Pico and Avenida Vista Hermosa in the City of San Clemente, included major improvements through reconstruction of the Avenida Pico Interchange (part of Project D), and added bicycle lanes in both directions on Avenida Pico.
He replaces outgoing Chair Lori Donchak, a San Clemente councilmember, who remains on the Board. He is currently the principal of his own real-estate development and consulting firm, Hennessey Group, and has served on the OCTA Board as a public member since 2011.
