OCTA Receives Update on Board and CEO Action Plan The OCTA board received a progress report on the 2023 Board of Directors and CEO Initiatives and Action Plan that guides the agency’s efforts throughout the year. The action plan, approved in January, consists of three board initiatives supported by nine CEO initiatives, and monitored through 98 milestones.
