The Orange County Transportation Authority (Authority) invites proposals from qualified consultants to provide consultant services for state and federal financial programming technical assistance and support for the administration of the Authority's transportation improvement programs on an as-needed basis. The budget for this project is $320,000 for a four (4)- year term.

In fiscal year 2021-22, total assets increased by $14,427,999 which represents an increase of 3.8% from fiscal year 2020-21, primarily due to an increase of $8,653,676 in cash and investments and an increase of $4,753,780 in capital assets. Total liabilities decreased by $2,648,122 or 2.4% primarily due to principal payments during the fiscal year.

By submitting this report, your agency agrees to facilitate inspections by OCTA, State and Federal regulatory bodies, or their agents. Your agency will provide details of periodic reviews conducted by OCTA or their designated representatives, along with a summary of review outcomes and actions taken to rectify deficiencies.

The incident review shall be conducted within seven (7) calendar days of the incident. This review shall require a company senior executive, company program or project manager from the Contractors’ organization to participate and present the incident review as determined by the OCTA Project Manager.
