FROM: CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATION AND MATERIALS MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT The Orange County Transportation Authority (Authority) invites bids from authorized resellers to provide Microsoft Surfaces and accessories. The budget for this effort is $250,000 for a two (2)-year term.

The new express lane and existing high-occupancy lane would be operated as a two-lane express facility in each direction. The budget request is for anticipated annual costs during the design and construction of the general purpose lanes of the I-405 Improvement Project. Please explain how you arrived at the budgeted dollars requested.

Work in this segment includes adding a new signalized drop ramp from Lakeview Avenue that connects directly to southbound SR-55 lanes. The project will also realign the existing Lakeview on-ramp to feed only westbound SR-91, separating westbound SR-91 and southbound SR-55 traffic to further streamline traffic movement.

Bidder shall have an ongoing obligation to update the Authority with any changes to the identified contracts and any new litigation, claims, settlement agreements, arbitrations, administrative proceedings, or investigations that arise subsequent to the submission of the bid. A separate form must be completed for each identified contract.

While we regret any inconvenience this change may cause, we are committed to continuing to meet your transportation needs and look forward to introducing a cashless payment method in the future. To report a new address, a change in your phone number, or to update your emergency contact information, please call eligibility at 714-560-5956.
