OCTA Board Approves Nearly $11 Million to Improve O.C. Water Quality The Orange County Transportation Authority’s board of directors approved $10.7 million for 15 projects aimed at improving water quality throughout Orange County.

The OCTA Board approved the direction to utilize a contingency list of two capital projects to ensure we maintain the 55% minimum requirement directed to capital type projects. Provisions of Use Criteria Agreement Requirements:upon OCTA Board approval, awarded applicants must enter into an agreement for project initiation and funding.
