The Orange County Transportation Authority (Authority) invites proposals from qualified consultants to provide program and construction management (PM/CM) services for the Authority's headquarter improvements which will include tenant improvements to the existing 10-story building and construction of a new one-story double height building.

Upcoming Full Trail Closure: The San Juan Creek Trail is expected to be fully closed in late April to allow crews to construct the bridge abutment adjacent to the trail. More information will be available in future communications.

Passenger Rail Service Set to Resume on Saturday, June 7 Passenger rail service, including Metrolink and Amtrak's Pacific Surfliner, is scheduled to fully and safely resume through South Orange County on Saturday, June 7, following the planned completion of construction of the initial phase of emergency efforts to reinforce the most vulnerable areas along the rail line in San Clemente.

Valid for 30 consecutive days starting on the first day of activation. Additional fare required when riding Express or OC Express routes.

The trail will be closed intermittently. OCTA plans to restore the bridge and pedestrian trail as part of a future project that needs California Coastal Commission approval. The current construction activities are expected to take approximately six weeks to complete. During this time, rail service will be suspended through San Clemente.
