This deliverable includes 13 projects to be delivered through construction by FY 2029-30. Of the 13 projects to be delivered, one has been completed, four are in construction, seven are in various stages of design, and a joint project with the Riverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC) is in environmental revalidation.

The Orange County Transportation Authority, in coordination with Metrolink, is taking emergency action to stabilize the rail line in north San Clemente. The work is necessary to address urgent threats from slope and beach erosion and to protect the community, rail passengers and overall rail operations.
