1.6 HOW DO WE MOVE TO ACTION? The 2024 OC Transit Vision has been developed over 18 months through significant input from various stakeholders. These include the OCTA Board of Directors, the OCTA Citizens Advisory Committee, elected officials, municipal staff from Orange County’s 34 jurisdictions, and thousands of residents and visitors.
OCTA shall be the sole judge as to the equality, substitutability, and compatibility of proposed alternates or equals. Bidder shall, in addition to its separate warranties and obligations, provide a pass-through genuine new parts manufacturer and/or supplied parts warranty.
