Executive Summary This Long-Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) looks out to the year 2045 to identify strategies that we can begin developing today to meet Orange County’s transportation challenges anticipated for tomorrow. These strategies chart the path that will improve mobility, protect transportation resources, and enhance the quality of life for all Orange County travelers.
The agenda descriptions are intended to give members of the public a general summary of items of business to be transacted or discussed.
