The PI Report is a separate report from the project final report required by the M2 Ordinance, Attachment B, Section III.A.9. “Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Report” refers to the report required at the conclusion of the O&M phase for the RTSSP (Project P). It is a technical report that documents the work completed during the O&M phase.
