Free Rides for all OC Youth To encourage a new generation of riders to discover the convenience and safety of public transportation, OCTA launched a Youth Ride Free Pass in 2021. The six-month program allowed youth ages 6 to 18 years in Orange County the opportunity to ride free on any OC Bus fixed route.
