OCTA has developed a proposed overall (triennial) DBE goal for the three federal fiscal years beginning October 1, 2021 and ending September 30, 2024. The goal has been calculated using a DOT-approved goal-setting methodology, as described in 49 CFR 26.45.

In February 2023, the Board approved escalation in the amount of $1,350,457 for all three projects. 2020 The Measure M2 Project P 2020 Call for Projects awarded nearly $12.1 million for 6 projects that includes 17 jurisdictions and will synchronize 229 signals along 56 miles of Orange County streets and roads.
