The Authority has established August 15, 2024, as the date to conduct interviews. All prospective Offerors will be asked to keep this date available. Offerors are encouraged to subcontract with small businesses to the maximum extent possible. All Offerors will be required to comply with all applicable equal opportunity laws and regulations.

J. CONTRACT TYPE It is anticipated that the Agreement resulting from this solicitation, if awarded, will be time and expense-price contract with fully-burdened labor rates and anticipated expenses for work specified in the scope of work, included in the RFP as Exhibit A. The Agreement will be for a fifteen (15)-month term.

The OCTA Board also selected Fountain Valley resident Tam Nguyen, president of Advance Beauty College and a community advocate, to serve as a public member on the board. Nguyen fills the seat of longtime public member Greg Winterbottom, who passed away last year.
