O ers a free fare for youth ages 6 – 18, providing a reliable transportation option for education, work, and leisure. Free pass valid on any OC Bus fixed-route service, including weekends and holidays. Paratransit-eligible youth riders also receive free rides on OC ACCESS service.

On November 6, 1990, Orange County voters approved Measure M, a 20-year half-cent local transportation sales tax. All major transportation improvement projects and programs included in the original Measure M have been completed or are currently underway.
