O ers a free fare for youth ages 6 – 18, providing a reliable transportation option for education, work, and leisure. Free pass valid on any OC Bus fixed-route service, including weekends and holidays. Paratransit-eligible youth riders also receive free rides on OC ACCESS service.

On November 6, 1990, Orange County voters approved Measure M, a 20-year half-cent local transportation sales tax. All major transportation improvement projects and programs included in the original Measure M have been completed or are currently underway.
OCTA is upgrading all our riders to Transit Royale, the premium subscription version of the Transit app. Transit Royale is packed full of real-time information that is perfect for OC Bus customers to plan and track their trips, then view arrival and departure times.
