OCTA’s Bus Pass Sales Retail Vendor and Distributor Program provides convenient locations throughout Orange County for bus riders to purchase their passes. Interested retailers and distributors must apply and be approved by OCTA to participate in the Program. Retailers must be in a location where a pass sales outlet is needed.
