Caylin Frank joined the Poway City Council in 2018 after a career in federal and local government. She represents Poway's District 4. As Poway's Metropolitan Transit System's representative, Caylin has served on the LOSSAN Board of Directors since 2019. She also serves on the SANDAG Public Safety Committee and SANDAG Litter Abatement Subcommittee. Caylin and her husband live in South Poway with their two young children.
