Measure M – Promises Made, Promises Kept Half-cent transportation sales tax

This letter shall serve as Addendum No. to the 1 subjectRFQ issued by the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA). Firms are reminded that the quote submittal date via email is at or before 11:00 a.m., June 13, 2025.

The cities of Buena Park and Orange submitted Project X Tier 1 applications that were not considered for funding. Local jurisdictions were deemed ineligible to receive M2 funds by the OCTA Board of Directors on May 28, 2024.
