STATE ROUTE SR IMPLEMENTATION PLAN KEEPING MOTORISTS MOVING ON THE SR CORRIDOR Every year since 2003, OCTA, RCTC, and stakeholders have worked collaboratively to review a program of projects along the SR-91 corridor.

Marissa also shared an update on the SR-91 Comprehensive Multimodal Corridor Plan. She said the goal of the study is to improve mobility options and provide a vision for the future of the corridor.

The 91 Express Lanes is a toll facility located on a 10-mile segment of the Riverside Freeway/State Route (SR) 91 between the Orange/Riverside County line and the Costa Mesa Freeway/SR 55.
