The Measure M2 Senior Mobility Program (SMP) is designed to fill the gap between local fixed-route buses and ADA paratransit, or ACCESS service, by providing local transportation services to seniors in participating cities in Orange County.
The 2025 service begins Saturday, July 19, and continues every Saturday and Sunday through Aug. 17. OC Fair Express will provide convenient, non-stop service from five locations throughout Orange County directly to the OC Fairgrounds in Costa Mesa, running from approximately 10 a.m. to midnight every Saturday and Sunday during the fair.
