AUTHORITY’s right to audit books and records directly related to this Agreement shall also extend to all first-tier subcontractors identified in Article 15 of this Agreement. J. CONTRACT TYPE It is anticipated that the Agreement resulting from this solicitation, if awarded, will be time and expense-price contract with fully-burdened labor rates and anticipated expenses for work specified in the scope of work, included in the RFP as Exhibit A. 1. Bidders are advised that the deadline to submit questions, requests for approved equals or clarification to specifications has been extended to April 23, 2024, 5:00 P.M. Responses to bidders has been revised to May 15, 2024. Questions submitted by the original IFB deadline of April 2, 2024 will be responded to via addendum on April 24, 2024.
Work Plan 15% Depth of Offeror's understanding of Authority's requirements and overall quality of work plan; logic, clarity and specificity of work plan; appropriateness of resource allocation among the tasks; reasonableness of proposed schedule; utility of suggested technical or procedural innovations.

The Authority has established August 15, 2024, as the date to conduct interviews. All prospective Offerors will be asked to keep this date available.
