To address specific freeway and local street congestion at Brookhurst Street, Euclid Street and Harbor Boulevard, interchanges access improvements were included in Measure M2 (also known as OC Go).
For 2023, the Transit App recognized U.S. and Canadian transit systems that performed the best across seven different categories. OCTA received second place in Transit App’s top award category, the ‘Most Popular Agency’, which asked riders if they would recommend their transit agency to friends or family.

OC Bus ridership continues to see positive gains in areas where OCTA has improved service through the OC Bus 360° program. According to a recent report, bus ridership was up 19.6 percent as of September 2017 compared to a year earlier on routes in core areas of the county where service was improved.
