I. Overview On November 6, 1990, Orange County voters approved Measure M, a 20-year half-cent local transportation sales tax. All major transportation improvement projects and programs included in the original Measure M have been completed or are currently underway.

The prime consultant and all subconsultants (at any tier), regardless of the level of service provided by said subcontractor(s), awarded this contract to prepare the plans, specifications and estimates for the Leesdale Siding Extension Project are precluded from participating in the future construction management services and construction services contracts for this Project.
