Overview The Orange County Transportation Authority has been working with local cities , the County of Orange , and the California Department of Transportation in funding and implementing key regional traffic signal synchronization projects . This report provides an update on the Measure M2 Regional Traffic Signal Synchronization Program , including results from recently completed projects .

According to the Providence Mission Hospital Mission Viejo ( Mission Hospital ), there was a 500 % increase in e - bike accidents from 2020 to 2021 when comparing the same nine ( 9 ) months . In January to August 2020 , the hospital treated eleven ( 11 ) e - bike trauma patients while they treated seventy ( 70 ) during the same months in 2021 .
