The Summer Breeze Trolley has returned to Laguna Beach to provide free rides to popular destinations, including art festivals, beaches and the downtown area. Funded by OC Go, Orange County’s half-cent sales tax for transportation improvements, the trolley operates through Sept. 5 and runs every 30 minutes 10 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
