The $230 million project includes widening I-5 to extend the carpool lanes from San Juan Capistrano to San Clemente and reconstruction of the Pico interchange. At I-5 and PCH/Camino Las Ramblas, crews are wrapping up work on the concrete median barrier. The barrier is being realigned as part of the freeway widening.
