Executive Summary This Long-Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) looks out to the year 2045 to identify strategies that we can begin developing today to meet Orange County’s transportation challenges anticipated for tomorrow. These strategies chart the path that will improve mobility, protect transportation resources, and enhance the quality of life for all Orange County travelers.
To date, 150 project phases have been completed, 51 are in various stages of implementation, and 25 have been cancelled by the awarded local jurisdictions. On August 12, 2024, the Board approved the release of the 15th call. Applications for the call are due on October 24, 2024.
