The Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) actively participates in helping examine traffic solutions, providing input to OCTA’s transportation studies and communicating with their constituencies. OCTA Board Awards $37 Million to Improve Orange County Streets OCTA’s board awarded more than $37 million for 10 projects to improve streets throughout Orange County.
