OCTA Explores Transportation Technology Solutions OCTA continues to explore ways to improve the transit system and provide passengers with efficient, convenient and affordable transportation solutions. As part of this effort, OCTA staff presented to the Board an option that would incorporate technology and offer on-demand services.
