Overview The 91 Express Lanes is a four-lane, 18-mile toll road built in the median of State Route (SR)-91 between the SR-55/SR-91 interchange and the SR-91/Interstate (I)-15 interchange. Customers may drive the entire length or enter or exit at the county line near Green River Road.

Construction of the OC Streetcar is moving forward and is now 90 percent complete. Major work is continuing on the OC Streetcar’s Maintenance and Storage Facility (MSF) in Santa Ana. Goodbye Paper Passes, Hello Smart Technology The new Wave fare payment system will use pay-as-you-go technology that lets you pay for rides based on what you use versus the fixed amount on a paper pass. You’ll be able to use Wave on OC Bus and OC Streetcar. The new system will include a contactless reloadable smart card, new robust mobile app and a new account-based system.

With Wave, you’ll be connected to the latest in pay-as-you-go technology that will allow you to load value onto a Wave card or Wave mobile account, or use a contactless card, to pay when you board. You won’t have to worry about cash or passes, and your payment method will automatically tabulate when you’ve reached your daily or monthly cap.

OC ACCESS is a shared-ride service that is available to qualified applicants whose physical or cognitive limitations prevent them from utilizing the regular OC Bus fixed-route service.
