The TSC meets monthly on the second Wednesday of each month. The TAC meets monthly on the fourth Wednesday of each month. Committee meetings are held at 1:30 p.m. at OCTA Headquarters, located at 550 S. Main Street, Orange, CA 92863. Customers can call up to three ( 3) days in advance for a trip request. What is the OC ACCESS fare? Standard Service Curb-to-Curb All OC ACCESS fares must be paid upon boarding. The base fare for OC ACCESS service is $ 3.60 per passenger for each one-way trip. This standard OC ACCESS fare is for curb-to-curb service.
