The OCTA Board of Directors recently welcomed Mark Tettemer to fill a vacancy. Director Tettemer also serves as the Mayor of Lake Forest and was appointed by the Orange County City Selection Committee as a city council representative to the OCTA Board of Directors. His term expires December 2025.
