Approved a cooperative agreement with the County of Orange and city of San Clemente to advance a trio of community-supported south Orange County transportation improvement projects that will meet near-term congestion relief needs while minimizing impacts on the surrounding communities.

28 In addition to Metrolink, Amtrak’s Pacific Surfliner provides daily service with 14 trains between Los Angeles Union Station and downtown San Diego as an alternative for commuters. This service change will provide minor schedule changes to improve service quality. Route adjustments will be made to Routes 89 and 177 to provide service to areas afected by the discontinuation of Routes 82 and 87.
