California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) District 12, is proposing to improve trafic operations on State Route 91 (SR-91) from Post Mile (PM) 4.8 to PM R10.4, State Route 57 (SR-57) from PM 15.6 to PM 16.1, and on State Route 55 (SR-55) from PM 17.5 to PM R17.9 in the cities of Anaheim, Fullerton, Orange, and Placentia in Orange County, California, a distance of approximately 5.6 miles.

The OCTA further ensures that implementation of its DBE Program is afforded the same priority as compliance with all other legal obligations incurred by the OCTA in its financial assistance agreements with the U.S. DOT.
