2025 Taxpayer Oversight Committee Recruitment The Taxpayer Oversight Committee (TOC), formed after Measure M passed in 1990, ensures that OC Go (formerly Measure M) funds are spent on voter-approved transportation projects. OCTA encourages civically engaged residents to apply, with openings in the First, Third, Fourth, and Fifth Supervisorial Districts.

OC Fair Express Enjoy the convenience of taking the OC Fair Express to the fair on Saturdays and Sundays. Avoid traffic and parking headaches with the safest way to travel to and from the OC Fair. The OC Fair Express costs just $2 each way, and youth 18 and under ride for free. You can purchase tickets using the OC Bus mobile app or directly when you board.

The OCTA Board of Directors is comprised of 18 individuals that represent Orange County. Specifically, 17 Board members govern OCTA with the Caltrans District Director serving as the 18th member in an ex-officio capacity.
