The OCTA Community College Pass Program provides students at all nine Orange County community colleges with free travel on the OC Bus service to school, work or fun on safe, clean and reliable buses.
Our free Transit Training service is the perfect solution for those who want to develop confident bus-riding skills before heading out to explore Orange County. In addition to English, upon request training is available in Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean and Mandarin.
The 91 Express Lanes travel through portions of Orange and Riverside countries and toll charges vary.

The LOSSAN Board of Directors is composed of current and former elected officials representing rail owners, operators, and planning agencies along Amtrak’s Pacific Surfliner corridor between San Diego, Los Angeles and San Luis Obispo. LOSSAN is staffed by the Orange County Transportation Authority.

It’s Getting Easier to Book ACCESS Rides! Beginning September 1, you’ll have two new ways to book, cancel, and/or check your trip status.
OCTA in cooperation with Caltrans is improving 16 miles of the San Diego Freeway (I-405) between State Route 73 (SR-73) and Interstate 605 (I-605). It also will construct the 405 Express Lanes from SR-73 to I-605. The new express lanes – incorporating the existing carpool lanes and connectors that opened in 2014 – will be two lanes in each direction.

OC ACCESS was created in response to the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). OCTA offers this service for individuals who are physically and/or mentally disabled and cannot use the regular fixed-route OC Bus service.
