The project extended a westbound lane from the northbound (NB) SR-55/westbound (WB) SR- 91 connector through the Tustin Avenue interchange. In addition, a westbound auxiliary lane from east of the NB SR-55/WB SR- 91 connector to the Tustin Avenue off-ramp was reconstructed.

ORANGE – To help revelers ring in 2025 safely and conveniently, the Orange County Transportation Authority will again offer free OC Bus rides on New Year’s Eve. The free rides will be offered on all OC Bus fixed routes from 6 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 31 to 2:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 1. No special pass is required.
The 91 Express Lanes provides fast, safe and reliable travel between the Orange/Riverside County line and the Costa Mesa Freeway (State Route 55). To use the 91 Express Lanes, vehicles must be equipped with a FasTrak transponder linked to a pre-paid account. Other toll roads within Orange County use different systems to collect payment in addition to FasTrak.
