The MPAH is a countywide transportation plan for Orange County, designed to manage and improve the arterial highway network. Established in 1956, the MPAH was created to complement the county’s developing freeway system and has evolved into a critical element of Orange County’s long-range transportation policy.
Public Comments Public comments may be submitted pursuant to the instructions noticed in the meeting agenda, which will be available at least 72 hours prior to the meeting.
The Orange County Transportation Authority service will have distinct blue and orange buses with Bravo! branding. The service will run 12 miles along Harbor Boulevard stretching from the Fullerton Transportation Center, through Anaheim, Garden Grove, Santa Ana and ending at MacArthur Boulevard in Costa Mesa.
The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) will award to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder with available inventory. The award of items identified on this solicitation may be split between Bidders based upon the overall benefit to OCTA. Best warranty terms may influence award results.

The OC Loop connects 17 cities, 200 parks and 180 schools in Orange County. The County of Orange is working with cities along the loop on a feasibility study to close the remaining gaps. Nearly 46 miles of the loop are off-street trails along the San Gabriel River, Coyote Creek, Santa Ana River and the Coastal Beach Trail.
